Why is Macbeth upset about his wife's death?

He's distraught for a few reasons and none of them what one would expect of a grieving husband. He regrets that he cannot properly mourn her as his life is unraveling and it has lost all meaning. He is also afraid for himself as the prophecies are beginning to unfold. He's seeing the train coming straight for him, so to speak, and he can do very little to get out of its way.
