Who is Wade from Michael Vey: The Prisoner of Cell 25 and what is their importance?

Wade is one of Jack's best friends. He is one of the three children who bullies Ostin and Michael early in the story. Wade lives with his grandmother, who is also his guardian. Hatch eventually captures Wade and believes Michael will kill him. He was wrong.
