Tracy Westin is Lisa and Jimmy's mother who gave them away to the children's home. She is a recovering drug addict. Nick manages to find Tracy in her apartment, almost dead from an overdose. Nick takes her to the hospital and tells her that her children are in danger. She escapes from the hosptial and stops Bill from taking her children. She dies saving her children.
