Who is Tony Reynolds from The Sixteen Pleasures and what is their importance?

Tony Reynolds runs the Sotheby's office. He is an Englishman and seems to have a firm handle on what is really important in life. Reynolds appreciates beautiful things, but does not let them own him. He is Margot's third lover.
