Tommy Bruce is the son of a deceased naval officer. He is 34 years old and strikingly handsome. Rather tall, he has light brown hair which is highlighted at the ends and a slender physique. Bruce has a violent temper and is a womanizer. He enjoys dining in fine restaurants, likes to wear expensive clothes and has a penchant for pricey wristwatches. Bruce was trained in covert operations in some branch of U.S. intelligence. He is a master manipulator and he often uses women for money (or, in the case of Martha McMahon, information). Tommy Bruce uses Arrington Carter to gain access to wealthy people in order to burglarize their homes. He seems to have little or no conscience. Tommy Bruce is Lou Burch's brother.
