Tolomei is the elderly Lombard Banker (originally from Sienna) who has lived and worked for the last thirty years in Paris; one of Europe's wealthiest capitals. Tolomei is the head of the Tolomei Bank; which serves all of France and directly the rulers of the realm with loans, notes of credit and the powers to sell or trade good abroad.
