Titus Megarus is a farmer in the Ameria region and a friend of the Roscius family. He is described as a likable man with a large, loving family, who impresses Gordianus with his forthright demeanor and generous hospitality. When Gordianus meets Titus outside the Rostra on the day of the trial, however, he realizes that Titus doesn't quite fit in Rome.
