Suze was Becky's roommate, the spoiled daughter of a wealthy couple, who purchased her an apartment for her birthday. She is described as down to earth and caring. Unfortunately, she is a the crossroads in deciding on a career path.

Over the course of the novel, Suze begins creating frames for Becky, after Becky signs up to create frames as a work at home opportunity. She not only completes Becky's designated work but begins to create her own as well. In the end, she finds herself working for Vogue and other magazines.
