Sill Lancaster appears in the story, Christmas Gift. Although he is only ten, Sill makes his way to town alone in order to find a doctor for his sister, who is going to have a baby. When we first meet Sill, he is polite and respectful, but over the course of the story, he begins to repeat inappropriate things he's heard in front of the doctor. Being comfortable, it seems, loosens his tongue.
