A woman who is hired by Ken Klein to peddle drugs on an exclusive college campus, she quickly gets Julie Miller hooked on the drugs. Sheila eventually runs away and is living in Stockholm when she meets Nora Spring. The two women trade identities in an effort to keep those searching for them off the track. She lives with Ken, pretends that Carley is her biological daughter and dies after being brutally tortured.
