Safi Mirza, Fazal Sharif, and Farooq Khan are the three Pakistanis who attempted to create a program to locate satellites. When they stumble across nine satellites that are not supposed to be where they are found. they nickname the satellites Neptune. Fascinated by their find, the three men create a program that allows them to hijack and take control of the satellites. When they realize their discovery is valuable, they travel to Washington DC, where they employ Joel Backman to help them sell the computer program. Unfortunately, word of their discovery traveled quickly and two of the Pakistanis disappeared before Backman is sent to prison. The third man disappears six years later, after Backman's pardon.
