Who is Rasheed Hill from Summer Ball and what is their importance?

Rasheed Hill is a black youth from a rough Baltimore neighborhood, who attends Right Way basketball camp with Danny and his friends. Rasheed was a member of the opposing team when Danny's travel team won the national championship, and their rivalry continues at Right Way. Over the course of the novel, Rasheed and Danny learn that they have a lot in common, and their growing friendship improves their ability to work together as teammates.
