Who is Peach from Left for Dead: My Journey Home from Everest and what is their importance?

Peach is Beck Weather's wife. Known by many as Margaret Olson, Beck's colleagues called her Georgia Peach. Peach graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in political science. She also was a certified resource teacher for gifted children. Her marriage with Beck lacked depth, but she felt that she had the strength to endure the marriage because of her years with her mother, who was similar to Beck in monetary provision rather than emotional provision. She loved being a mom, but hated mountaineering because it took her husband away from the family. Peach was a strong woman who aided her husband throughout his recovery in spite of their differences.
