Who is Octavian from Cicero: The Life and Times of Rome's Greatest Politician and what is their importance?

Octavian was Julius Caesar's nephew and heir. He served as Cicero's pawn in his battle against Antony for a time, as Cicero hoped to use Octavian to restore the Roman constitution. Ultimately, Octavian turned on him.
