Mrs. Mullet appears in the story, The Brogue. In the story, Mrs. Mullett sells a particularly unruly horse to a man, who later proposes to her daughter. Desperate to retrieve the horse, she called Clovis for help, telling her that she must get the horse back before her daughter's fiance is killed.
