Mr. Jeeter is the wealthy, older man who hires Anna Halsey to keep Harriet Huntress away from his adopted son. He is described as a tall man with white blond hair, a keen, sharp face, and always well dressed. He carries a thin, platinum octagonal watch and a cane made of ebony with him wherever he goes.
