Moses Ndebele is the opposition leader in Africa, and he is seen by his followers as the hope of their country. Held captive by Dan Singer and a group of African mercenaries, Moses is tried for crimes against his country. He is later sentenced to death and has currently been held for two years. Frequently tortured, Moses is being held with Geoffrey Merrick at Devil`s Oasis. He is eventually rescued by Juan, as well as his own second in command, Mafana. Moses is the first leader to unite both the Matabele and the Mashona tribes. He held the rank of General during their war of independence.
