Who is Martin Pagett, Uncle Oggie from Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children and what is their importance?

Martin Pagett serves as the curator of the museum in Cairnholm. Over time, he gives Jacob important information about the island and Miss Peregrine's home. After being killed by the Golan-wight, Pagett is reanimated by Enoch.
