Who is Margaret Juliano from Schismatrix Plus and what is their importance?

Margaret Juliano was put on ice by Cataclyst assassins when the Midnight Clique was attacked by Constantine. She was later reanimated to run the clinic, which is created at the Tyler mansion. Margaret helps Lindsay to regain himself, working on his body for five years before she is able to bring him back to consciousness. She later helps Constantine in the same way.
