Who is Lily from A Bite to Remember and what is their importance?

Lily is Vincent's production assistant. At the beginning of the novel it appears that she is a young girl that is helpful and wanting to help Jackie and Vincent get their employee list back. At the end of the novel it is revealed that she is the saboteur and an immortal who wears contacts to conceal the fact that she is.
