Who is Kay Tittle in the book, First, Do No Harm?

Kay Tittle is Patrick's nurse. The two are very close, and Patrick often confides in her. Patrick lives with Kay, and she does everything she can to make his life more comfortable. She defends Patrick to the ethics committee.
