Ilya Goldman is a Romanian Jew. Recruited as a Soviet agent, Ilya trains as a part of Khristo's unit. He does well in the NKVD and is eventually assigned to Romania. Unfortunately for Ilya, he comes to pity the Romanians..... something considered unacceptable to the Soviet Union NKVD. Ilya is then reassigned to a post in Siberia.
