Harley Ferris owns the largest cell phone provider in Mississippi. When Will learns the man holding Abby has a cell phone from his company, he calls Ferris and asks him to track the signal. Ferris actually has difficulty tracing the calls but finally manages to pinpoint it enough that the FBI can use a helicopter to find the cabin.
