Grace Flynn is Frannie's sister. As she is several years younger than Frannie, it was Frannie's responsibility to take care of Grace when they were children. Due to Frannie's many sacrifices, Grace was able to get a college education. When Frannie runs from her husband, Bobby turns to Grace hoping to discover her whereabouts. Grace, unaware that Bobby was abusing her sister until she saw her broken nose, refuses to help Bobby find her.
