Who is God from Trial and Triumph: Stories from Church History and what is their importance?

God here is the major deity of the three major monotheistic religions. Hannula is a Christian and a Presbyterian, so his understand of God is heavily influenced by these traditions. Hannula sees in the lives of these Christian heroes God playing a central role. These people were used by God to spread the good news of the saving grace of Jesus Christ to a world of sinners.
