Glyn Weaver is Anthony Weaver's first wife and Elena Weaver's mother. When Anthony left her, Glyn was forced to raise Elena singlehandedly. She resents her husband leaving her for Justine and she resents Justine because Justine is still able to bear children. Glyn's rage is directed primarily toward Justine, whom she views as a threat to her relationship with Elena. Glyn is vindictive and seeks to humiliate her husband whenever possible. Glyn Weaver is forty-six years old and lives in London. Physically, Glyn does not appear to be aging well. There are crow's feet at the corners of her eyes. Her flesh is beginning to sag.
