Who is G. W. F. Hegel from The Problems of Philosophy and what is their importance?

Hegel was a 19th century philosopher, who taught that all that exists is ideas that are all part of a single Absolute whole. Hegelianism was popular in England during Russell's youth. and he had once held to the position. In The Problems of Philosophy, he argues against it.
