Felice is the name of the long-lost brown woman that Jake first meets when returning to Harlem. Jake loses her address so she goes to work in Palm Beach. Felice is capable at playing at being a prostitute, but is actually not one. Felice is attracted to Zeddy for a while, due to his lavish gifts, but quickly runs to Jake when she sees him.
