Desdemonda appears in Shakespeare's, Othello. She is the daughter of Brabantio, who is a rich senator of Venice, Italy. Desdemona, much to her father's dismay, falls in love with the famed and noble black soldier, the Moor Othello, and marries him. Othello kills Desdemona as a result of rage and jealousy. Sadly, Desdemona is innocent...... her death is tragically unwarranted.
