Senator DeBlass's assistant, Derrick Rockman, not only interferes in Dallas' invenstigation, he is a psychopath. Willing to do anything for DeBlass, Rockman cleaned up the murder scene in the Sharon DeBlass case, and then proceeded to kill two other prostitutes in order to keep the focus of the investigation off of Senator DeBlass. When DeBlass was arrested, Rockman planned to kill Dallas. He also began to make plans for his own political advancement.
