Daniel Owens is Linda's creepy, drug addicted father. He is seen in the hand mirror being unkind to Linda and even threatening her when she throws away his drugs. One night Daniel is caught breaking into Kyle's greenhouse. Daniel offers Kyle his daughter in exchange for his freedom. Kyle thinks Daniel is scum, but agrees to accept his daughter once he realizes the girl is Linda. Eventually Linda returns to her father and convinces his to get a job and go to rehab, however, his change is short lived.
