Who is Dagmar from Spinners and what is their importance?

Dagmar is Saskia's young friend. Dagmar is not as beautiful as Saskia and she cannot spin yarn as well as Saskia, causing some friction in their relationship. However, Dagmar becomes engaged to and marries the local baker, taking her out of competition with Saskia. When Saskia becomes queen, Saskia makes Dagmar and her husband the royal bakers so that she and Dagmar can spend every day together.
