Chrysogonus is Sulla's deputy and a very powerful man in Rome. His name is Greek for "Golden-Born", and he is just as handsome as his name suggests. Chrysogonus is described as tall, strongly built and golden-haired, with a "broad jaw and glittering blue eyes".
