Who is Augustino Leal, Tino from Lilith's Brood and what is their importance?

Augustino, better known as Tino, once lived in the Phoenix village. When he arrives at Lo, he decides to stay with Lilith. Tino becomes Akin's adoptive father, and the two go onto have many more children.
