Adolf Hitler is credited with dramatically increasing the membership of the Nazi Party, though, he is best known as the man who precipitated World War II. Hitler knew that the best way to gain the support of the masses was through the spoken word. He presented his ideals in a way that gain that support, touting the "malicious press campaign" against him personally and Germany as a whole.
