What is the important conclusion of Twisted?

In the novel's conclusion, Tyler's father has lost his job and blames Tyler. They have a huge fight, but Tyler stands his ground. After their fight, Tyler spends the evening at his friend, Yoda's house. In the morning, he goes home to find his father sitting on the porch outside the house. They talk, they have breakfast, and they hug.
