An ethical individual is someone who act and behaves in a morally correct or principled manner. These individuals differentiate between good and bad through ethical principles.

Unethical is the opposite of being ethical. An individual who lacks moral principles can be defined as an unethical person. In an unethical situation, these individuals refuse to adhere to the proper conduct or the accepted behavioral pattern of the society.
