Use the story 'The Necklace' Please help me write this deconstruction paragraph. I have attempted this prompt twice but both times I haven't gotten credit because I did not grasp the concept. Please help write or give an example of what deconstruction is.

Read the chapter on Deconstruction in the Textbook. This is the most difficult approach to understand, so make sure you read and reread the chapter. Look at the exercises that come after the chapter. Think about how you might apply deconstruction to the stories that we already read in this course. Then pick one story from your book (The Necklace) and deconstruct it. You will only write a paragraph or two, but give it a title and make sure there is a sentence saying:

ALTHOUGH THE STORY SEEMS TO BE SAYING ABC, IN REALITY IT IS SAYING XYZ. ABC will represent the most obvious meaning of the story, the meaning most people will see having read the story once. XYZ will show how, having thought about the hidden meaning of the story, you reversed the meaning, found a different, deeper meaning, that is deconstructed the story.

This sentence (ALTHOUGH THE STORY SEEMS TO BE SAYING ABC, IN REALITY IT IS SAYING XYZ) will show me that you deconstructed the story.
