Unequal Justice

The book has a number of different examples. One example can be found in his question of unequal lawyer in connection with unequal justice, meaning lawyers are not equal.... they are differentiated. Thus, the elite lawyers represent those who can afford to pay them, and those without money are represented by those who are engaged in power struggles for that same position.
