PLEASE give me a summary of Fever Crumb!

Fever Crumb is a Dystopian novel, which is set into the future, in the post-apocalyptic city of London. London was ruled by the Scriven, an evolved species of humans, until an uprising of the people, in which the Scriven were killed. Any remaining Scriven are marked for death upon discovery.

Fever, raised by Dr. Crumb after being abandoned as an infant, is a member of the order of engineers, where Fever now serves as an apprentice, and will be chosen to assist in a top secret project with an archaeologist named Kit.

When it becomes apparent that Fever has the capability to see into the past, Kit becomes particularly interested in those memoried. She is also singled out by the people as a Scriven, which puts her life in danger.
