Parvana's Journey

Parvana frequently writes letters to her friend Shauzia. Do you think that she believes that her friend will ever receive them? Why does she write the letters ?

In my opinion, Paravana knows that Shauzia will never read her letters. None-the-less, Shauzia was Parvana's best friend, and Parvana had no one to talk to or share with..... thus, she worte to her. It was Parvana's way of reaching out and talking to her friend. It was an emotional release.
