In the story "Araby" What clues does the story provide that the narrator is a man remembering his childhood from a mature perspective?

There is a certain nostaligia that pervades the piece, a longing to return to an earlier time. Also, the story is told in past tense as if it were being recalled. Lastly, there is the commentary on the boy's percpetion of things and the hints of things to come.
