In the poem Ode on a Grecian How does the poem express both the positive and negative sides of the search for beauty?

On one hand, Keats is suggesting that the only way true beauty can last is when it is represented in an artificial way, like in a vase. That when beauty exists in real time, it all too quickly fades away. The pursuit of beauty (and truth) is in and of itself a type of deeper beauty, however.
