how do you write a book report on "the son of Neptune"?

Just need an outline on the information that should be included in a book report

A book report has several sections included. They are: introduction, plot summary, major characters and their development(growth), themes, personal thoughts/review of the book, and a conclusion. A complete outline and chapter by chapter synopsis is available on bookrags if you should need that.
