At what point does Jack realize that she is being framed for Gabe's murder in the novel, Zero Days?

When Jack realizes that someone set up a joint life insurance policy in her and Gabe’s names, she realizes that someone has framed her. The policy gives her a motive to kill Gabe. The insurance policy also points Jack to the real murderer when she determines that Cole set up the insurance policy.
