Young Goodman Brown What are philosophical allegories in Young Goodman Brown? Asked by bookragstutor on 28 Nov 08:47 Last updated by anonymous on 14 Feb 18:30
One of the allegories is that of lost Faith. He doesn't leave Faith, but rather feels as if his Faith is not what is (she) appears. The other allegory is that of the dark woods being sinful and a place of corruption.
