Who is Lilly from Women and what is their importance?

Henry meets Lilly at a reading in Arkansas. He finds her buck teeth attractive, and of all the women in the room, Henry chooses to spend the night with Lilly (the reading's sponsor has promised him the woman of his choice). Sadly, Henry is unable to achieve sexual success, but he does manage to vomit and pass out. In the morning, he manages to have intercourse with Lilly before she leaves to get her kids ready for school.
