What is the setting of Wolves of the Calla by Stephen King?

There are two main settings in the novel, Wolves of the Calla. The first setting is Manhattan. The second setting is Roland's world..... a fictional representation of the Wild West, which serves in direct contrast to Manhattan. The action takes place during the 1970s.
