The point of view of this novel is subjective or limited, third-person perspective from multiple angles. The narrator only knows what is happening around the character that is the current focus of the viewpoint, and that characters thoughts and feelings. Throughout most of the story, the viewpoint shifts between the two main characters, Aislinn and Keenan. In a few other places, Donia is given the focus of the Narrator. While the characteristics and likely thoughts of a few other characters are explained, they are always explained as either Aislinn, Keenan, or Donia sees them.
