Where is Elizabeth employed in the novel, Wellness?

Elizabeth works at a nonprofit called Wellness. At first this company worked to prove the claims of medical devices by conducting placebo studies. When the head doctor retires, however, Elizabeth changes the purpose of the nonprofit, and they start using placebos as actual treatments knowing that if people believe something will work, there is a decent likelihood that it will. Eventually Wellness closes down when Brandie lets the world know that the company uses placebos.
